Guarantee Terms

1. All claims for returns must be made in writing (e-mail) within 14 days of delivery.
2. Firewood appearance or other non-burning characteristics are not guaranteed.
   The guarantee is specific to firewood moisture content only.
3. *Dry firewood is less than 30% moisture content on average as per a calibrated moisture meter.
4. The KILN DRIED firewood must remain in its original packaging.
5. The return must be accompanied by the original Batch Tag(s).
6. All firewood bags must be stored indoors or adequately covered outdoors. Exposure to moisture voids guarantee.
7. Guarantee does not apply to discounted items, Northern Cut KD, or non-Kiln Dried products.
8. All refunds will be made within 7 days of return restocking.
9. Refunds will be made for the unused product purchase price.
10. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
11. Pick-up dates of returned firewood are at the sole discretion of Hamptons Firewood.
12. Any exchanges will be made within 7 days of return.
13. An Hamptons Firewood Claims Representative must visit your home to determine the validity of the return.
14. One return per household.
15. This guarantee is at the sole discretion of Hamptons Firewood and only those aforementioned terms will be honored.
